 Use this command to project curves, edges, and ponts onto faces, faceted bodies, and datum planes. You can direct your projection toward, or at an angle to, aspecified vector, a point, or along the face normals.The software trims projected curves at holes or edges of the faces.<br />

To project a chain of curves to a surface;<br />
1. On the <b>Curve</b> toolbar click <b>Project Curve</b>, or choose <b>Insert -Curve from Curves - Project.</b><br />
2. Select the sketch curves and click the middle mouse button.Select the target surface.<br />
3. In the <b>Project Direction</b> group,from the <b>Direction</b> list,choose <b>Along Vector</b> and define direction.<br />
4. Click OK to accept.<br />

<b>Trimmed Sheet</b><br />
<br />
<b>Trimmed Sheet</b> trims sheet bodies to interseting faces and datum, and project curves and eedges.<br />
 To trim a sheet:<br />
1. On the<b> Feature</b> toolbar, click <b>Trimmed Sheet</b> or choose <b>Insert -Trim - Trimmed Sheet.</b><br />
2. In the <b>Target group</b>, select Sheet Body is active.Select the sheet bodies that you want to trim.<br />
Select sketches as shown below for <b>Boundary objects.</b><br />
3. From the <b>Projection Direction</b> option list select the projection direction.In <b>Setting </b>uncheck<b> keep Target.</b><br />
4. In the <b>Region</b> group, use the <b>select Region </b>option to select those areas of the sheet within the boundries defined by the curves and surfaces that you want to discard.In the <b>region</b> group, select the <b>Discard </b>option.<br />

2. Select the section elements for the first section.In the Continuity group,set thr continuity to (G0) Position, (G1) Tangent, or (G2) Curvature and click OK.The section is added to the list in the section window.<br />
3. (Optional) click Reserve Direction if you need to reverse the section direction.<br />
4. Repeat this sequence for each section you want to add to define the Transition feature.<br />
