Project Curve

 Use this command to project curves, edges, and ponts onto faces, faceted bodies, and datum planes. You can direct your projection toward, or at an angle to, aspecified vector, a point, or along the face normals.The software trims projected curves at holes or edges of the faces.

To project a chain of curves to a surface;
1. On the Curve toolbar click Project Curve, or choose Insert -Curve from Curves - Project.
2. Select the sketch curves and click the middle mouse button.Select the target surface.
3. In the Project Direction group,from the Direction list,choose Along Vector and define direction.
4. Click OK to accept.

Trimmed Sheet

Trimmed Sheet trims sheet bodies to interseting faces and datum, and project curves and eedges.
 To trim a sheet:
1. On the Feature toolbar, click Trimmed Sheet or choose Insert -Trim - Trimmed Sheet.
2. In the Target group, select Sheet Body is active.Select the sheet bodies that you want to trim.
Select sketches as shown below for Boundary objects.
3. From the Projection Direction option list select the projection direction.In Setting uncheck keep Target.
4. In the Region group, use the select Region option to select those areas of the sheet within the boundries defined by the curves and surfaces that you want to discard.In the region group, select the Discard option.
5. Click OK or Apply to create the trimmed sheet feature
